Yes, we offer customization services for select items. Please reach out to our customer support team with your requirements, and we’ll guide you through the process.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use the provided tracking number to monitor your order status.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placing them. After this period, the order is processed, and changes may not be possible. Contact us immediately for assistance.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.
Shipping & Returns:
Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes, we ship our products globally! Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
How long does it take to receive my order?
For domestic orders, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. International orders may take 10–15 business days, depending on customs clearance and shipping location.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You’ll see the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging. Customized items are non-returnable. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
Who covers the return shipping cost?
If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping cost. For other reasons, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
How will I receive my refund after a return?
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
